Shaping of the Values and Culture of JPMorgan Chase, Bank N.A. Employees take great pride in wearing Chase or JPMorgan attire. It represents to the community that we are a part of one of the largest financial institutions in the world and I had a part in making that happen. It becomes more engaging when the employees are participating in a Chase sponsored community event. We value the diversity within the firm and how it is celebrated. There are activities and personal stories that are shared through our workplace intranet.
