The business idea reflects the basic ideas of fairness, honesty and a concern for individuals and families, communities and the planet.The report aimed at demonstrating the approach adopted by Nestle for adopting their belief of Creating Shared Valued. Having used this in the form of delivering a long-term positive impact through everything they did as a company for the society and the shareholders. The ambitions that have been set to be achieved under the 2020 strategy of the company and enhancing the SDGs too are- enabling a healthier and happier life; help develop thriving, resilient communities; steward resources for future generations. The company aims at achieving these goals through an effective and dynamic connection at the grass root level and asking all its partners in making it a joint collective effort and responsibility. CSV impact on following areas: Nutrition, Health and Wellness; Rural development - people, human rights and compliance; Water- Environmental sustainability. Nestlé’s key performance indicators (KPIs) provide a focus for measuring and reporting CSV, sustainability and compliance.
