The value of postsecondary education results in lower rates of unemployment, greater earnings, and finding work in more desirable and inflexible fields. Going to college is an expected society trend follows one generation after another. Although postsecondary educated people benefit the most from the industry after obtaining their degrees, many have underestimated the massive debts they own to the federal government and job availability.

For some people, they write essays not because they are passionate of literatures but simply to pass the course to receive a decent or excellent grade to move on to the next level. So what is work exactly if one asks me? I would say work is studying for midterms, writing essays to convince my audience, postsecondary educated people, that most successful industrious jobs today required a college degree. Because of this expected system in our society, people believe that going to college will help them find work in a professional occupation after obtaining their degrees. Postsecondary education helps you achieve great things in life: steady job, well paid salary, investment in banking sector and corporations, and relaxing vacations. The work and effort that people put into their education help drive them a step closer to achieve their dreams. Time-specific work engenders a clear deadline for achievement. For instance, if you know when your assessments are due, it will help to bolster you to work quickly during your break time. Using your time wisely to focus or assess your work will help you to reach achievement. If a task is time-specific, it will be harder for you to procrastinate. Because you know exactly the deadline to turn in your assessments, having a deadline enables you to accurately pace your plan and work effectively to succeed. Realizing that you have two Finals on the same day but are given at different time compel you to strategically plan out your study time effectively. Obviously, you spend the night before study and focus more on the first Final and waste no time on the other one until the first exam is finalized. Quickly after you take the first Final, there is no time to waste and mess around. You utilize the rest of the leading hours upon until the next Final to study crazily to make up for the time you sacrifice for the first Final. As you can see, effective work should be
