The world is full of degree holders in regards to experience; I am a student, I work full-time and attend college asking the many questions “Is it worth it?” The overwhelming feelings to presume education while working lingers in my mind promotions are slim without a degree in America. For example, I like working while perusing a higher education. Furthermore, I desire to become a valued asset in a company with room for "advanced" promotions. Consequently, I can relate to the struggles, I am a mother of three kids, and I will not give up on a degree. For instance, I have sacrificed and considered my options to pursue education. I like to encourage motivation, and dedication in education. In this, world circumstances surround us every day making accommodations to pursue a degree can be tough to maneuver while working and parenting. However, obtaining needed support and guidance to keep from failing does not come easy. For example, I am reaping the rewards of education the sacrifices it took to pursue a career while raising a family priceless. In order to get through the stress and pressure of education I include structure and organization. I considered my education to be of the greatest asset in life I will not give up on my degree. Secondly, I realized the likely advantages of working through experience and circumstances; Therefore, I must continue working full-time in order to provide for my family. For example, due to family obligations there have been times I was unable to work full-time. Consequently, I almost given up. I decided to continue education towards a degree, in doing so I suddenly, seen self-accomplishments for the first time. In addition, to my anxiety I decided to make a choice, work less and study more. Because of setting goals and high standards I acknowledge the worth of a degree through my experience and
