The value of a college degree Through the years, the need of a college degree has increased significantly. Before, if someone obtained a college degree, it was a guaranteed entry to the field in which they got it for, however due to recent changes in American education, almost everyone can get a college degree so the scarcity of this has changed substantially. However, this does not stop people across the United States in specific to try and obtain that higher education. To land a good paying job in the United States, a lot of them require you to have at least an Associate’s degree, meaning that the person of question must have attended school for at least two years successfully.
