It is the relationship between the leader and the followers, which is based on common values that are acted by the leader.
Define moral leader?
Knowing what is right and wrong as well as being honest and good in the practice of leadership.
How to act like a moral leader?
1. Being honest
2. Doing the right things
3. Being fair and respectful; regardless of the peoples status
4. Encouraging ethics, and honesty
**Levels of personal morel development?
There are 3 levels
1. Pre-conventional >> abiding with rules to avoid punishment and respecting authority blindly.
2. Conventional >>lives up to expectation of others; meeting the company’s targets legally.

Leaders are responsible of both followers and the organization, without trying to control others, and being mindful of others.
Definition of servant:
Working beyond self-interest, and focus on others need, growth, and providing opportunities to others

It is the combination of accepting responsibility, nonconformity, and pushing beyond the comfort zone
Abilene paradox?
Failing to express their opinions to please other and avoid conflicts
What is whistleblowing?
Disclosing what is going wrong or unethical practices in the organization

Being the person who represents both the top management and employees
