Southeastern Grocers will promote and design through imagination, improvement and innovative ideas that will enable them to provide an array of choices. It has also been decided that in the best interest of the company to come up with ideas of new organic products for their new and existing stores. This is evidence that Southeastern Grocers is building responsibility and sustainability into their grand scheme of adding organic products.
Operations
For the new organic condiment product line; it will be a result of an everyday operation, design and raw materials merging to become the finished product for sale. The collaboration with highly qualified vendors of organic and non-gmo produce will be a result of Southeastern Grocers aim to make production better for the people of our planet. Presently, Southeastern Grocers have a very extremely limited organic products available for sale to its customers. Having their own line of organic products will give customers more choice at affordable price than have our valuable customers making a trip to our competitor store for availability of these products.
Outbound Logistics

This is the reason for the company’s main focus on the sustainability and responsibility of operations of the new condiment organic product line. During peak holiday seasons, such as Memorial day, Independence day, Labor day; we will aim to increase production as these products are usually used more abundantly. The stores are located in 5 neighboring states and total sales is dependent on a strong local economy in these areas.
