We heard that the entire camp would completely shut down no matter what by December 1st. People had the option of volunteering to leave on their own and be rehoused in weeks to follow. You could choose anywhere to go, and the government will pay your moving expenses. If you chose not to go somewhere new they sent you back to the community where you lived before being evacuated.
