In the video Valerie’s position as a cross utilization agent which meant that one minute she would be a ticket agent then the next minute she would be outside in the hottest weather of the year unloading customer’s luggage. The pathogen of this situation is the fact that Frontier airlines had to merge. In the aftermath in order to save the income of families the workers had to get a large payment to their slavery on top of that Valarie worked at a location that only saw around five planes on an average day. No, Valarie’s low paying job as a cross utilization is unfair to her and other labors put in her situation.
