USE OF VACCINATIONS:
Vaccinations are a part of healthy life whether you choose to think about the side effects or not. While there are many vaccinations with proven facts that they are safe to use, many are still skeptical that they actually work and prevent you from getting sick. Thanks to vaccines we are becoming a healthier world. The actions that we take now can help us prevent an epidemic or a future chaos. Not only is getting sick time consuming but, it can be very expensive especially those illnesses that could have been prevented with a vaccine. We should trust doctors and what they are giving us is safe and effective because if we do not do anything it can be too late. No doctor can ever be certain that a vaccination will work because every person 's body is different and the way that their body will react to the immunization is different. Patients just want what is best for them. Diseases are becoming rare in the United States like polio and diphtheria. (Heimer, 2015) stated these facts too. A few weeks after birth babies have some protection from germs that causes diseases. The protection is passed from their mother through the placenta before birth. After a short period, natural protection goes away which makes them more vulnerable to getting sick as they grow. Eating right, exercising, and getting regular screenings for diseases can also play a vital role in keeping you healthy and alive.
