The “cast members” are responsible for providing a safe, efficient, and enjoyable environment for their guests, but it takes hard work in order to achieve that. While I was in line to ride Splash Mountain with my family, the clamor of hundreds of guests along with children whining and parents shouting filled up the air. I noticed a cast member that took matters into her own hands and asked everyone if they could quiet down because guests up front could not hear the safety procedures. As one would assume, nobody listened to her instructions, and she had to repeat herself over the relentless voices of the guests in the dirty diaper scented queue. Managing guests politely is hard work, but that is what kept Disney World functioning properly everyday during my vacation. Buckminster Fuller, the inventor of the geodesic dome, said,“We define ourselves by the space with which we surround ourselves,” and I can relate this to visiting Disney World. At Disney World, creativity and hard work are showcased at their finest, and by example, I have come to view myself as hardworking and creative. Disney World inspired me to start a media company where I write articles and produce videos that bring my imagination to life. Since I have started doing this, I have become a happier person because I enjoy working on my craft and making others happy. Hard work is an aspect of life that Disney has instilled into my work ethic in any task I pursue. When I feel unmotivated, I remind myself that not everything is going to be easy and sometimes a great effort is necessary to obtain
