Office will be closed at 3 PM on Thanks giving Wednesday and at 1 PM on December 24th.

Business Working Hours Official office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5:00 PM. Employee can take a 60 minute lunch break. Sick Days
When you are ill or injured, stay home or go to the doctor. Sick days are not limited by a specific policy, but will be recorded and their frequency may affect scheduled time off, including possible loss of vacation days and or pay. If the flexibility of sick days is abused, it will affect performance and fulfillment of responsibilities, which will result in disciplinary action. If you are ill, let George Varghese and the client’s know, as soon as possible.

Personal Day
Full-time employees after completion of 12 months employment are eligible to take their birthday as a paid personal day off.

Tax Return Policy
Each year employees can prepare their own personal tax return (one per year) for free by using BFG's tax software. Employee Performance Review
Employee will get a formal review once a year. New employees will get a review during the first 4 to 6 months in addition to their regular yearly review. Salary Raises
Raises are based up on performance of the employee and the profitability of the company.

Dress Code/Grooming
Employee must be dressed professionally and groomed well. From Monday through Thursday office casual is an acceptable dress code, and Friday can be more casual (jeans acceptable).
