Behavior modification worker (BMOD) arrived to (client) Quinton Garrett's home to observe and improve Quinton's behavior. BMOD informed mom today is the last day of camp, and also asked for Quinton projects Quinton bought home to finish before departure. Mom okayed Quinton leaving for camp. In regards to placement or map out of IEP for Bentley Barr. Per the evaluations that were conducted by Childwatch/Capital School District, Bentley’s family has been discussing the best options and we’re not sure we agree and would like to re-evaluate Bentley’s placement choice for the Wesley School for reasons to be further noted. I request Prior Written Notice to explain why Bentley was offered a two day program even though the IEP team thought that he needed to be awarded one more day, but there simply is no more room in this classroom for him. The team felt that this was the best option for him and that he would be able to learn more due to a smaller classroom size with this choice.…

MSTT met with Lemuel and Leslie for a session to discuss Lemuel dropping out of school. Leslie expressed she signed Lemuel out of school because he had already failed the 9th grade three times and was in jeoperdy of failing the 9th grade again. She also explain she could not afford to pay for truancy for Lemuel because he had 17 unlawful absents for this years so far. She stated Lemuel have not been trying during school at all this year and she should not have to suffer because he is not getting up and attending school.…
