The first step to any problem is to identify that there is a problem. Government have been a very delicate system people of generations have dealt with. It seems like in history it has always been the government that start the wars, or at least it comes back to the government. In V for Vendetta, V who is the main character of this film, hi-jacks a television station that has an emergency channel and gives his revolutionary speech. Within this speech he gives some reasons on why his government may be corrupted. He helps the people of London to identify the problem. He tells the city to help him on his quest to open people’s eyes for this corrupted. He also asked them to “remember the fifth of November.” He lists many problems but the three …show more content…
Who is the one to blame? The society as a whole is to blame for the current situation. In the speech V says “Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you 're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.” This whole society is at fault for letting it get this bad. It starts with one mind which is essentially how V gets his followers. V points out the fears that others are too scared to say. V is a great speaker so his powerful speech makes a riot of citizens that feels the same way he does and now the citizens want a change. In history powerful speakers seem to always have everyone backing them like Hitler told the citizens the reason they lost World War one because of the Jewish community, or Doctor Martin Luther King Junior with the American Civil Rights Movement in the …show more content…
The societies may never know what happens until it happens. Hopefully from each disaster and from every miracle people begin to understand on how to build a better government and hopefully in the process to build a more perfect world. In this segment of V for Vendetta V give a very powerful speech. A guide to a new revolution of possibly a new government. Within V revolutionary speech V recognizes three main problems which are the government has taken the freedom of speaking and is censoring it citizens just like the nation of North Korea, fear has overrun their thinking for what is wrong and what is right for them just like the society of Germany when Hitler became the leader, V uses his ability of powerful public speaking to point out to the people of London who is at fault for the actions.
