Fantasia Goodwin Case Study Summary

Fantasia Goodwin, a young pregnant girl, hide her pregnancy; this may have bring may more complications than she thought. Goodwin committee and unethical action. She did not tell anything about her pregnancy to her coach. Goodwin’s coach was in the obligation to know about her pregnancy because in this way, he would have debate if she was in good conditions to continue practicing. Also, Goodwin put the baby at risk. Pregnant women have to be careful when they exercises because it can cause health issues to the baby and even death. However, Goodwin did not just put her baby life at risk, her life as well. Actually, I would not know what to do if there were not steps. The first step is really easy for me. I feel that I can identify the main problem easily. Sometimes it is hard for me to identify some other little problems, but if I read again the case, I can see them. The second step is easier with the chart. I believe that I am not very good finding options or stakeholders; however, I did my best this time. The second step was the one that I spend more time working on. The third step is too difficult for me. It is hard to associate every option with the same principle. Depending on the options chosen, the arguments would be hard to conform or easy. For this critical thinking, finding objections was easy and the arguments against the objections were easier because I could think in many arguments.
