The abnormal values are the Wbc that is 18,732 as well as the bands at 12% and the Glucose that is 135. The wbc is high because she has the infection, so it is one way to know that an infection exists. The bands simply mean that wbc is mature and she has a lot of them. Having an infection can cause a stress response that increases everything in the body, so the high glucose has to do with the stress response.
The vital signs that seem abnormal are the temperature of 102, the heart rate of 152, and the respiration of 32. The temperature is high because the body is trying to fight off the infection. The heart rate is high because of the stress response that increases everything due to the infection. The respiration is high as well because of the stress response trying to compensate for the infection.

However, most infections only occur in the lower tract such as the urethra and the bladder. Women are at greater risk for developing a UTI because our urethra is shorter than men. UTI is mostly treated with antibiotics, but extra precautions can be taken in order to reduce the reoccurrences. The signs and symptoms of UTI are the urge to urinate, burning sensation, frequent small amounts of urine, urine is cloudy in color, urine appears red, bright pink or cola-colored, strong-smelling, and pelvic pain in women. The causes of UTIs vary, sometimes it might be caused by an E. coli, sexual intercourse, or sometimes when GI bacteria from the anus gets into the urethra. However, some of the risk factors for UTIs are female anatomy, sexual activity, birth control, menopause, suppressed immune system, and catheter use.
