The more intense your emotions are the stronger the stronger the rockets of desires you signal out to the universe. Highly energized thoughts or “movies” magnetize to you what you’re focused on most often, which will create more of what you are habitually thinking about regardless if it is for your highest good or not. That’s why it’s essential to think thoughts about what you want to achieve and to look for that which you want to see!
Using visualization daily can assist your ability to manifest with intention. Visualization is creating a mental picture of something that you are passionate about, such as having more love, joy, health, wellness, prosperity, and happiness.
