I believe that having Free Appropriate public education is a key essential for every child and should be used all the time. When a child may not be able stay in stand an environment to learn academically or gain social abilities to commutate with other children’s it’s a sign. Each child learns how to comprehend differently. The point of providing a public education to everyone is to insure that people are not illiterate. The point of providing a free appropriate education is for children’s or people with disabilities and to make sure they are receiving the appropriate care to be academically successful. Qualified staff will see if the child is ready to go to the next level. Parents are also good advocate for the children. FAPE is written up for the child. It is for the child devolvement intellect, emotional and physical. Some children with disabilities need short assignments because of the short attention span. All this is determine through FAPE.FAPE is also good because report is made on the child quarterly. Goals are set pacific for the child. FAPE is a great way to help develop a child educational goal and life goal. By doing that the child has an IEP meeting with specialist and the child makes a goal plan. For instance if a child say he wants to graduate from high school and get into a four year university then that can happen. The specialist provides steps for the child to take to get the goal completed. A child who are in the FAPE program are by the courts to receive appropriate public education which is meaningful to help benefit the child educational. With receiving benefits the child is required to take a test and that test measures the child knowledge and skills. Overtime the improved of children’s education has improve with the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 which requires state have an adoption of high academic standards
