I used the ethics decision making process with the ethical situation I was presented with. The process help me have the confidents I needed to go forward with the decision I made. I was ready to stand behind my decision and push for the outcome I felt was right, it was right morally, ethical and legally. I decided to report the situation up the chain. I first approach my direct manager with the facts and what should be done. He took some time evaluating the facts, and also going through the ethics decision making process. Together we would go to the next person, our director. When we presented the situation to the director, he took a week to get back to us.
