Short Narrative Essay On Operation Helios

I pulled into the parking lot and hung my entrance pass from the rearview mirror. When I walked through the front doors I had my I.D card ready to be scanned. I punched in the entrance code and waved to Gwen, the secretary for the morning hours.
My phone rang from inside my purse as I was walking to the elevators, so I dug through the endless amount of stuff to try and answer before it went to voicemail.
“Ah Ha!” I exclaimed, running into someone as I pull the phone from my bag.
Their stuff dropped everywhere and my eyes widened, “Oh my gosh, I’m so sorry!” I squeaked, bending down to help them with their things. I then noticed that I even knocked their sunglasses off.

Talking to him about this would not only be a bad idea, but it would be extremely stupid, so there was only one way to find out information, and luckily, we had abundance at Oblivion.
Good old’ computers.
I pushed the button for the top floor, my hand shaking slightly from nerves.
I shouldn’t be doing this, but something in me pushed the elevator button, something in me needed to know what was going on.
The top floor, reserved strictly for Dr. Andrews and his fellow important coworkers, had no security cameras, which I didn’t quite understand. I was told simply “If someone is up here that is unwanted, we won’t need cameras to catch them.”
This scared me more now than it did when he first told

Area 51 is, by far, one of the most secretive places in the world, but what could it be that the government wants to hide? The idea of the government keeping information away from the public isn’t exactly far-fetched, but to dedicate an entire facility to it is somewhat unsettling. Some of what has been created here has been revealed to the public, such as the U-2 Spy Plane. The Area is notorious for having many conspiracies against it, but what catalyzed that was the infamous “Roswell Incident”. The Roswell Incident happened in early July, 1947.…

What goes on in Area 51 has long been a mystery. People have always been curious as to what goes on beyond the high levels of security and in the depths of the actual buildings. Although Area 51 keeps everything they do a secret, they do, in fact, have extraterrestrial findings that they keep in possession without the world’s knowledge. There are two locations of Area 51; the first one is located in the Nevada desert within reach of Groom Lake, which is a lake that overtime has dried out. It is not officially confirmed that this site exists, because although you can see it from satellites such as Google Maps, you cannot find it on any government maps.…

Observations from the Firing Range I decided to take a friend and try out a firing range that had some extensive renovations completed recently. Previous visits were a disappointment, to say the least, but the new management had promised a new look and new experience. It was a quasi-private range that required membership and residency in the village to use. Residents could bring guests for an additional fee. Part of the property owners dues that residents paid to the village were used for the renovations and subsequent upkeep.…
