Use First Sequence Analysis

Sequence: After brainstorming my ideas, I will need to use my Sequence pattern to organize them and put them in the correct order. Using my Sequence will help me compare my views of how I used to feel about learning, to how I feel now that I’ve taken this class. I will need to make a list of examples of where I have used my learning patterns together, and using my Use First Sequence will be my biggest aid in doing this.

Precision: The Week 5 assignment will require a high use of Precision, because not only is it asking for facts and results, it also demands thorough explanation and description. I will need to go back over my notes, knowing that I have taken a lot of them, and critically assess them so that I can stay on point with the topic.

Health and nutrition have been an essential part of life since the beginning of time, but more recently these topics are shared and examined more frequently than ever, especially in America. In Michael Pollan’s article “Our National Eating Disorder,” Claudia Kalb’s “Food News Blues,” and Karin Kratina’s “The Right Thing to Do?” it is made apparent that how we eat may be just as important as what we eat. These three authors make very valid points about American’s obsession with health fads and negative thinking towards many food groups.…

After developing an introduction it is time to get to the main aspect of lesson planning, the learning activities. This is how a teacher presents the information and explains it to his or her class. It is important for teachers to plan multiple ways of explaining each topic in case the students are having difficulty grasping the information. The next is developing a way to test the students understanding whether it be asking them simple questions at the end of a lecture or creating an assignment for them to do. The last step to developing a lesson plan guideline is creating a conclusion and a preview for the next lesson.…
