Evidence: Fingerprints were matched but it was not his so the evidence was found invalid. The fingerprints were found on the steering wheel and the middle handle.
Outcome: Mitchells 10 card was sent to all the states for each state to decide if his prints matched the one found on the car. There was 3 parts to identify, but a lot of people tried to say fingerprints were not a reliable source.
