Do you think England really needed to discover America? According to Us History DBQ: Colonial Immigrants. This DBQ states the three main reasons why people moved to America. The three reasons are Religion, Slaves, and money.

First let’s start with Religion. Most people moved to America. At least 20,000 people moved to America for religion. According to document 8 people wanted to move for religion because they wanted to be christen. They couldn’t be christens back in there home town because they could only worship one god. At the same time, they made an agreement. According to document 9 the agreement was for religion and laws. The Religion part of the agreement was that everyone would have the same religion.
