Federal Court Judge squashes class action lawsuit against Department of State and Homeland Security On Monday , May 16, 20106, U.S. District Judge Ricardo S. Martinez ruled that the State Department’s Visa Bulletin-which explains how immigrant visas subject to the numerical limitations are allocated and predicts as to when the immigrants can apply for visas; is not a final action or decision and therefore cannot be challenged in court. The Court laid down that the action did not constitute a final action under the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) and that the visa bulletin inherently lays down in an informative manner that USCIS ‘may’ utilize the available dates in the charts and that the dates might be ‘retrogressed’ or categories of applications be made ‘unavailable’ without notice. The Court said that APA prudently states what kinds of agency actions are subject to judicial review and the agency actions are required to be ‘final actions’ and not ones that are discretionary in nature.…

Kids for Cash was a scandal, which consisted of kickbacks at the Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas that was located in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. Kickbacks are a form of corruption when law-enforcement seeks personal gain, such as money through the abuse of their power. These two judges were convicted for receiving millions of dollars by the owners of PA Child Care. The reason they were being paid was because they had an agreement to send kids to the facilities owned by Robert Mericle.…

During the 1940s, America had prepared for World War II. At the time, African-American citizens saw this as an opportunity for the expansion of jobs and positions in the American defense system. This widely though belief was quickly devastated after employers refused to hire African-Americans. A. Philip Randolph, president of the Brotherhood of Sleeping Car Porters, had discussed in a private meeting with President Roosevelt about allowing equal employment opportunities and to desegregate the armed forces. President Roosevelt explained to Randolph he would address this issue however as time passed, no order was given to the armed forces.…

While this fantasy may be harmless in 99% of the cases, Marc Ching and His Animal Hope and Wellness Foundation, are playing a very dangerous game and along the way they have caused God only knows how many deaths. We covered what we feel is an arrest-able offense and while the crime happened overseas, our belief is, he is profiting off of this crime here in the United States and we are sure somewhere within the thousands of laws on the books, somewhere there is something written that the DA could use to charge him with. A law where some men are forced to use the woman’s restroom, and some women are forced to use the men’s restroom. A second law to further help in preventing men from raping women in the women’s restroom. These are not two separate laws, but the two differing opinions on Senate Bill 6. One would expect media outlets to choose the two sides equally, but in fact, these media outlets tend to be neutral towards, or against, Senate Bill 6; the reason being that media outlets are companies, and as companies, want to protect their brand. The most telling fact on the issue is that one of the most conservative news site, Breitbart, has only a very slight slant in favor of the bill.…
