Brands cannot exist in isolation often times there are other resources that will be required to provide adequate care. Working within a larger environment will allow the brand to expand the various types of services that are available. If a brand is deemed incapable of offering multiply services to meet the consumers’ need, then the likely hood that the brand will succeed is restricted. Having numerous relationship strengthens the brand, but attempting to stand alone will limit the numbers or patrons that will utilize the services at a given facility.
The urgent care clinic has a several areas that can be improved upon. First the receptionist needs to promptly acknowledge the patient and get them registered and prepared to see the doctor. The lack of urgency by the receptionist demonstrates that the patient is not top priority. Second privacy is a chief issue; the facility needs to revamp its exam area to safeguard the patient’s privacy so that they are comfortable speaking openly with the doctor. Once the relationship is in place the brands will work cooperatively to guarantee that they operate competently. Brands work collectively to provide a superb level of care of the patients and having a relationship with other sources will assist in that undertaking. Some doctor’s offices do not have an in house lab, therefore if lab work needs to be completed, they will be sent to a lab that works in conjunction with the doctor’s office to get the labs completed.
