Urban School Research Paper

Decent Essays
I have the passion and desire to work with students, especially students that attend urban schools. A career as a school counselor is not only a job to me, but dream achieved. I am multiculturally competent and aware of the challenges that urban families and students have to endure. I am patient and willing to collaborate with colleagues and community based organization to support students and their families. Last but not least, I believe school should not only be a place where students learn and their potential is maximize, but a place where students have fun and enjoy attending school.
