Rebounding: One of the Greatest Investments of My Life
A year ago I accidentally made an amazing discovery. Years ago, I had a debilitating cat bite injury while working as a vet assistant. One of the conditions the cat bite caused was lymphadenopathy, a painful auto-immune disorder. My desperation for relief often resulted in late night google searching. One night I stumbled upon rebounding on a trampoline as a means of flushing lymph nodes. Please keep in mind, per our blog integrity, that I am making a personal claim, not a medical claim for which I am not qualified.
I ordered an Urban Rebounder online since the site offered a payment plan. As much as I wanted a high-end trampoline, I could not afford the price of a Cellerciser vs Bellicon.

I was grateful that I had purchase (10.00) an extended warranty. The company had also changed drastically, by no longer having customer service over the phone. It took dozens of emails and a report to the Better Business Bureau, to receive a replacement matt. The only positive was that I realized how much rebounding was helping, as my symptoms came back with a vengeance.
After the above mention hassle, the springs began to break and pop off one by one. When this happened the broken springs literally flew across the room. The company, given that I was still in my two year warranty, sent a full set of replacement springs.

In my frustration of parts breaking, in a weak moment, I bought a brand new Urban Rebounder, but by the time it was delivered I had come to my senses and refused delivery. After eight emails, the company did not respond nor did they refund the $100. I made another report to the Better Business Bureau and after a week I received an email from the company promising a refund which took another week to be

I align myself with the youth of Baltimore City. Since enrolling in a Baltimore City Public School, I feel more connected to the rest of the city and the issues that affect young people daily. There is often times negative, and discriminatory image of us, which I admittedly used to have myself. During my young life, I thought those in public school were uniformly impoverished, aggressive, and, for lack of a better term, “ghetto.” I was insecure about my voice, my packed lunch, even my own safety when I entered high school.…
