A year ago I accidentally made an amazing discovery. Years ago, I had a debilitating cat bite injury while working as a vet assistant. One of the conditions the cat bite caused was lymphadenopathy, a painful auto-immune disorder. My desperation for relief often resulted in late night google searching. One night I stumbled upon rebounding on a trampoline as a means of flushing lymph nodes. I was grateful that I had purchase (10.00) an extended warranty. The company had also changed drastically, by no longer having customer service over the phone. It took dozens of emails and a report to the Better Business Bureau, to receive a replacement matt. The only positive was that I realized how much rebounding was helping, as my symptoms came back with a vengeance.
After the above mention hassle, the springs began to break and pop off one by one. When this happened the broken springs literally flew across the room. The company, given that I was still in my two year warranty, sent a full set of replacement springs.
Once the replacement springs replaced all of the broken springs, the company would not send any additional springs. I purchased replacement springs and before long the replacement matt tore. The worst development of all was that the Urban Rebounder Company’s replacement matts are out of stock and after several months, they remain out of stock. In my frustration of parts breaking, in a weak moment, I bought a brand new Urban Rebounder, but by the time it was delivered I had come to my senses and refused delivery. After eight emails, the company did not respond nor did they refund the $100.
