Reflection #2 Before entering college, a program called Upward Bound helped me imagine myself and gave me the necessary tools to help me prepare myself to get ready for college. This program gave me the opportunity to evolve and to place more importance towards my education. Once given this opportunity, I took the initiative to strive for a better future. My attitude towards college has changed because of the many workshops Upward Bound has given me to excel. My parents came to this country for a dream; a dream that one day their child would pursue an education they could not accomplish themselves.
