The parcel industry’s main purpose is transporting goods by airplane, railway, highway or sea. An item for delivery may involve a combination of transport modes. The deliver could be business to business, person to person, or between a business and their customer. The parcel industry is composed of a group of competitors who all wish to serve a role within the industry.
