A bunch of kids struggle to stay awake during class. They cannot fall asleep, which makes it hard for the kids to concentrate. I think school should start later for kids to gain a full 8-9 hours of sleep.

School should start later than the usual time. On Up for Debate: Should School Start Later? It says “teens should get between 8.5 and 9.25 hours of sleep”. With the early school schedule, students acquire the average of 7 hours of sleep. Research shows that students would achieve more time to receive stuff done if school started later. As a result, students were showing up to school alert and ready to learn.
