I think our daily routines and life experiences prove that bias behavior and certain privilege mold people it changes their views and beliefs. People having prejudice thoughts against a certain group is not solely based on their will to believe that there are other factors that come into play such as communities they live in , institutions and their families. If a person grows up in a family with prejudice beliefs about certain races that is all they know and that’s how they have grown up. It is not so much about changing society it is showing people that we are equal which means starting small and one day actually having an impact on society. We can start small by making places more diverse like trainings and work places. What we need to do as individuals is become part of the solution rather than the
