P5.) It is irresponsible to bring people to court for unwilling wrongdoings. Instead they should be instructed to learn from their mistakes (Stated).
P6.) It is irresponsible to bring someone into court for something they never did (Unstated).
P7.) Meletus brought Socrates to court for corrupting
