Gossips (He said and she said): Gossip is a notoriously problematic concern in the
work place. For Ex Andrew and Joe were talking about Johns back. “He is so lazy,
how did he get the promotion”, one coworker may say to another or say” That he
left his wife”, the office big mouth passes the information to the other workers.
This type of behavior is not only unprofessional, it causes conflicts and deters
collaborative efforts among team members. The ways to overcome the gossips is
deal with the issue not with the person. Refuse to respond to comments about

Missing deadlines are due to poor
preparation and poor estimation of time. Timeliness is key to meet the deadlines.
In order to overcome the missing deadlines one should care about deadlines and
should be serious in meeting them, make them a priority. Need to keep a list of
projects and deadlines and write in one place and check often to make sure that
what’s due and when.
Laziness: No one is 100% perfect all the time. Laziness is an unprofessional
behavior. In order to overcome the laziness at workplace is to appreciate their
work. This is one of my favorite technique that really changed way I look at myself

Blaming Others: Committing mistakes, fail to do job and blaming others is the
