From Tony Schwartz’s paper I can relate that one can find their inner self or your old self if you want to interpret it that way. An example from his paper is that one catches up on things they wanted to do in a while. Another example from his paper that relates to me is that I sometimes would like to catch up on reading a book or arts and crafts, but I don’t actually do it because technology takes up my motivation to do the things I used to do everyday and enjoyed. I also agree that one should at least try to do two days or more when one focuses all their attention on projects such as school work or on family.

While this statement is not completely correct it is also not completely incorrect. Spirituality is a very broad concept that cannot be limited to just one definition. It can be different things for different people. For some, spirituality could be engaging with others and being a part of a collective community while for others, it may be spending time in a meditative state sharing your thoughts with God. To generalize spirituality is a common mistake made by many people.…

For a variety of reasons, one of my favorite songs as of late has been "We Got the Power" by the Gorillaz. one such reasaon is that the Gorrilaz (accompanied by Jehnny Beth) make the argument that there is not only power when banded together with one another, as evidenced in lines sixteen through twenty, "We did it before and we'll do it again / We're indestructible even when we're tired". But it also emphasizes that there is power in each of us as individuals to do whatever it is that we personally desire, which can be witnessed in lines eleven through fifteen, "I got my heart full of hope / I will change everything / No matter what I'm told / How impossible it seems".…

Overall for me this book was very good to read, Legend has very less violence than others same fiction books so it makes easy to read for kids. One thing that forced me to give book very good for reading is the stylish way of execution in front of all Republic people and by firing squad. I think we read this book as a class because this book has a very great message, that doesn't follow someone blindly no matter how much you trust them always see facts.…
