The author of Unlock Behavior Unleash Profits, Dr. Braksick believes the key to implementing change within an organization, is determining which behaviors to change. She believes pinpointing behavior is important because it “gives us the framework to identify, analyze, and improve the behavior of every individual involved, from leader to line worker” (2007, p.18). Dr. Braksick goes on to further explain it is important to focus on one or two critical behaviors. She expresses it is best to focus on as few pinpoints as possible. Braksick feel this will ensure an apparent and immediate improvement in the work environment.
