Educate participants on the difference between organized religion and taking mental breaks. Participants will engage in relaxing activities that help keep stress chemicals at bay reducing the likelihood of feeling, or becoming overwhelmed and reactive. Activities include formal meditation practices, daydreaming and identifying days, times and locations for mental breaks.
