The Egyptian kings and queens were buried, in the Deir- el bahri located in the west bank of the Nile. Among the pharaohs were a few mummies, which could not be identified and was aside letter of the alphabets to them.
The coffin in which unknown man E was buried into was examined once he was removed. The coffin appeared to have wood shaving inside, which in tells that coffin was enlarge to accommodate the body of unknown man E. This discovery clearly shows that this coffin was not intended for him as it did not accommodate his body size, as adjustment can be seen in the shoulder area and foot end.

The arrow shows where the adjustment was made to accommodate his size body. Figure 2 is adapted from the archaeological institute of America. This is an image of unknown man E, which illustrate his head backwards with mouth wide open as if his was poisoned or suffocated to death.

Unknown man E was covered with sheepskins which, was a very important detail, as published by Brier (2006) that wool garment of sheepskin were considered as unclean, dishonour and was very unique among the royal mummies. The sheep skin wrapped around unknown man E can be interrupted as his may have done something dishonourable, which raised many speculation surrounding his life and death. Unknown man E underwent chemical testing and found no traces of poisonous chemical in the stomach which indicated he was not
