I however recognise that fully gaining consensus is not alway possible, so a good leader should not being afraid to make a decision when called upon to do so. As leaders we should be working to bring about transformative change within our organization. We should be challenging and inspiring our teams. It is important to surround ourselves with high energy passionate people who are experts in their area. It is not possible to be an expert in every area, we must have faith in our teams’ skills and knowledge so as to allow them to excel.
