For this week’s journal entry, I will be conducting an assessment of The University Eye Center (UEC) organization mission statement and provide ways in which I would empower stakeholders within the organization. After researching macro practice that governs the organization such as, ethics, leadership, diversity, decision-making skills within the agency and conflict resolution. I have seen a few strengths within the agency; there are still areas that need to improve.
