CM spoke to Ms. Warren (caregiver) regarding services for Iaja (youth). CM encouraged Ms. Warren to schedule an evaluation appointment with a child psychiatrist. CM explained to caregiver that she can call her insurance to find a child psychiatrist in her network. Caregiver agreed. Also, CM explained to caregiver the mission statement of SPAN (Statewide Parent Advocacy Network) and CM provided caregiver with SPAN contact information. Caregiver agreed to contact SPAN. Caregiver will continue to keep CM updated.
