When you think of decision making what comes to mind? Does what to do for dinner come to mind. What to do tomorrow or what clothes to wear. Well decision making is a lot more in depth than that it goes into what car or house to buy, what college to go to; this even goes into effect as an entrepreneur, you can have decisions on what to innovate, how to promote, and if you should expand or not. . Logical decision making is one that is not of emotion, but on investigation over a period of time. Logical decision are the most reliable and for sure way to make it. An illogical decision is based on an emotional choice with little or no investigation of the problem. Illogical decisions are also very risky. When you make a decision you should always consider what the ultimate goal is and if it is a major decision you should always do research and investigate. Ones that involve the life of a person or a company. It is very important to consider all of the possible options and weigh each of them out, and consider all of the possible outcomes. Some may not be a win, win solution or a win, lose; some may be a lose, lose and you have to make the decision that will not hurt the company as bad. There are times you have to make the decision to back down and accept your fate. Decision making is such a big part of our life that we do not see the need to improve it but there are many ways t improve it in our daily lives we feel this way because we have been making the m since a young age. People make decisions differently some are more logical and then some just make them based on emotions. These normally are used in combination; I say this because there are many different scenarios that could use them.
