CIT 48 – MERS Mail Correspondence
When you receive CIT 48, go to LPS Imaging and retrieve the borrower complaint received under our Loan Administration folder. Address their concerns and prepare the letter as with any regular complaint received. Mail a copy to the borrower. A copy of letter and the response will be imaged under Global Letters.
