All five units has been very rewarding and has taught me quite a bit about the importance of having a good and supportive team. Without this it just does not work. Working in a team myself, you witness all the differences in all of us. The different ages, gender, and personalities that makes it very challenging for all of us to be on the same page. I feel Unit 2, Conflict in a Team Setting, opened my eyes and taught me how to act and react to conflict. The best take away from this course is the importance of a team, no matter how different we are. The importance of working together to get to the end results successfully. How to get the less motivated members to engage more to be more productive? This will be something I work on. I
