I will begin by discussing the interesting nutrition and health state of the communist country, Cuba. The United States could learn from both countries. I am not saying that being a communist nation would be a good idea, but this country has shown that good outcome is possible with low resources. Japan is a good example for the United States because of their willingness and efforts to maintain good health and do so without spending a lot of money. I found that throughout my research other countries that are in good health rely more heavily on organic foods. Therefore, I think that a starting point would be to make a goal towards a more organic based diet to combat a healthier nutrition state. This would take a lot of effort and funding in the United States but this research has proven it to be
