So I went into this part of the assignment with gusto, followed by hours and hours of trying to get my final video to look somewhat salvageable. I started off searching for my new video editing software and truly had a blast searching and playing around with several different pieces of software. After downloading what amounted to six Windows-based programs and three or four Android apps, it became abundantly apparent that my computer is way under power for almost all the ones I had found, including WeVideo, as my browser crashed as soon as I put the first video file into the web app. The aforementioned, was the ongoing theme in my quest to find a suitable application, even up to the last moment. I had to reshoot every piece of footage that I took at least two or three times due to audio issues that plagued this project from the beginning. The strangest problem I had was with videos I recorded on my computer, the actual video’s audio was crisp and clear, however, after it was imported into the app I had finally chosen, the audio was quiet, distorted, and unlike the other videos, the audio only came out of one speaker. Furthermore, in the last section of my video, you can hear the audio stutter and crackle right before it cuts out completely. For this assignment, I found an amazing program called DaVinci Resolve 15. DaVinci is a very capable program for editing video and audio at an extremely high level. The video I created is a video that explains how to get connected to the corporate wifi on both a Mac and a Windows 10
