On Friday, 10/02/2015, at approximately 2200hrs, I obtained the DVR footage from Bradford Thomas in reference to trespassing/property damage. Bradford advised me he has seen Tyler Rhoads on Canal St. staring him down trying to intimidate him. Bradford advised he defiantly knows it is Tyler Rhoades on his DVR video footage trying to break into his house.
