An Encompass customer can use the Data Connect UI to request access to their database, and contact support for product related concerns and questions. When a customer accesses the UI link, they will be proceeded to login with the Encompass Instance ID, User ID, and password. Depending on the customer’s status, if they are entitled to use Data Connect they will be requested to fill a provision form. If not, they will need to wait up to 72 hours to have access to use the product. All attributes are required in order to submit the provisioning form, these attributes include email address, database user name, password (minimum 8 characters), IP address, and public key. Customers can input multiple email addresses and IP address separated by commas. …show more content…
The customer status report contains the database information, status, IP address, and public key. When a customer first submits the initialization report the status is set to Initialized Not provisioned, which means the Ellie Mae admin needs to accept the request and provision this customer. If there are any questions regarding the database status, a tooltip will be available by moving the mouse over the question mark. Once a customer’s status is Provisioning Complete they will be sent an email regarding their database information, and will have access to view their private
