Uniforms and Business Attire Some people wake up each morning and spend a good amount of time figuring out what to work, where others are given a uniform. Not all people have the choice of what to wear in the morning and that may or may not affect how they accomplish their jobs. Although, other do get the choice, that can also have a positive or negative affect on how they do their job as well. For some it doesn’t matter what type of business attire, as long as that certain worker looks professional then it’s aloud, but other people are forced to wear a particular set of clothing. The work is full of different and creative thing but when it comes to clothes there is a big difference between business attire and uniforms. Uniforms and business attire are both the same and different because of the work place the person is in, freedom of expression and everyday jobs. The first controversy depends on the location of the work place. The location of the work place is very important when it comes to what to wear. Some people have no choice but to wear a uniform because it helps with the job. For example, firefighters and military personal have to wear uniforms to protect themselves. This is because of the locations of the job, people’s views on freedom of expression and how the business is owned and operated. Where most business can agree that having certain clothes, whether the worker chooses it or not, it is what makes their company work in the most efficient way possible. It does matter if people are required to wear a uniform or just look professional but not in the way people think. It matters because it’s how the business in operated and managed.
