Rest
During sleep, the spine should relax and reenergize for the upcoming day. Unfortunately, spinal problems persist the next day. This may come from a horrible mattress and/or a pillow. Health
Exercise is critical for spine health. Get active by walking, biking, swimming, and/or playing outside with children. At the gym, strengthen the core (lower back and abdominal muscles) with exercise.
