Food, any nutritious substance that people or animals eat or drink, or that plant absorbs, in order to maintain life and growth. It is the most basic need in Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and the thing that everyone in this world cannot live without. But in this day and age due to extreme growth in population, the world’s natural resources are not enough to feed everyone thus causing People to invent and find ways to produce enough for consumers. A lot of people today have also become dependent on fast food and anything that they can grab in a short span of time. Here are the top 10 worst food you can eat.
1) Deep fried foods

People nowadays have become dependent on fast-food who is basically the makers of the best of deep-fried ranging from chicken/ meat to vegetables. A weakness of many, the taste and texture of deep fried foods are very hard to resist.

But canned fruits on the other hand are a completely different thing. The process that the fruits goes through in this process literally strips the fruit of almost all of its nutrients.
Some of this fruits are then canned in heavy or light syrup which then adds empty sugar calories. Sugar that when taken in excess causes a lot of health problems to individual which is mainly diabetes.
It has even been reported from people who has tried to can on their own as to avoid harmful substances that is used by manufacturers in canning. By doing this, it has put them at risk of having botulism.
In conclusion, most of these food products are consumed by most individual. Probably because they are readily available and is easily accessible even if we know that it has ill effects to our health. For a better health people should decide for themselves that they want to live a well-balanced and healthy life. They have to start change in their own homes and their self as to have a better quality of
